Get to Bryggen in Bergen from Bergen Flesland Airport:
- By bus: On arrival, the best way to reach the city center and Bryggen is by the airport bus, flybussen, which takes 35 minutes. The hotel is the last stop on the journey.
- By car: The journey by car takes around 30 minutes (20km). At Bergen Airport, you can pick up a hire car on arrival from a choice of operators.
Or get there by train from Oslo. Take the scenic Bergensbanen railway with NSB, the national train operator. The journey takes around 7 hours but you will be well rewarded with views of the beautiful countryside on Northern Europes’ highest mountain pass, Hardangervidda Plateau, which reaches 1,237 meters above sea level.
